Alex Roubinet

Alexandre co-founded a Paris design agency before joining Guava as a partner. He brings a methodical, data-driven eye to property: rental yields, renovation margins, and the underpriced neighbourhoods that tend to become obvious only with hindsight.

He works closely with clients who see property as both a home and an investment. The Grand Paris Express, Lyon Part-Dieu, and the early stretches of the next Oberkampf are where he spends his time.

He writes most of our market notes and keeps our internal models up to date.
