Benoît has spent years in French luxury real estate, most recently at Sotheby's International Realty. His career has moved across the trade, from prime acquisitions to renovation and large-scale property projects in his own right.

He covers Paris, the West of France, and Normandy. From the haussmannian addresses of the capital to the manors of the Sarthe and the stone coasts of Normandy, he travels regularly to walk the properties and meet the owners.
