Raphaël founded Guava Partners in 2022 after years spent across French real estate, working with international buyers, family offices, and private clients on some of the country's most sought-after addresses. His career has spanned every side of the trade: advising on acquisitions and sales, leading his own investment and renovation projects, and building rental portfolios across France.

He lives between Paris and Los Angeles, a quiet thread that runs through everything Guava does. Two cities, two cultures, two ways of buying property, and a deep familiarity with the questions clients on both sides actually ask.

His love for France runs well beyond Paris. From the stone villages of Provence to the vineyard roads of Burgundy, he travels regularly to walk the markets, meet the partners, and visit the properties his clients are considering.

He leads the practice with a simple conviction. International buyers deserve the same quality of advice, the same access, and the same care as any local client.
