Stephanie Lam

Stephanie comes from Los Angeles and has lived between Paris and California for over five years. She built her career in real estate development, leading large-scale hospitality projects across Los Angeles.

Her work also extends to residential development, with the same discipline brought to projects of every scale. Property read as a product, a place, and a long-term asset, all at once.

Today, she is based in France, where she works with Guava's international clients on their property projects across the country. She speaks French, English, and Mandarin, which makes her the natural first contact for clients arriving from Asia or the United States. Her clients often tell us the same thing. They felt understood from the first conversation.
